Services

Scope of Work

Halal Ad will provide the services outlined in the provided Quote/Production Estimate. Any changes in scope will be discussed and agreed upon promptly.

Author's Corrections

Unless specified, two rounds of revisions are included after the initial concept presentation. Additional revisions will be billed at Halal Ad’s standard hourly rate.

03.

Information

Timely provision of accurate information by the client is crucial for effective collaboration.

04.

Incidentals

Costs for couriers or printed proofs from external printers, if required, will be charged to the client.

05.

Termination

If the contract is terminated after work commencement, the client will be invoiced for completed work.

06.

Force Majeure

Halal Ad is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Payment Terms

01.

Invoice Settlement

Invoices are to be settled via bank transfer into Halal Ad’s nominated account within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. Ownership of work remains with Halal Ad until full payment is received.

02.

Specialist Services

Third-party costs (e.g., photography, illustration) are not included unless specified. Such services may be sought on the client’s behalf and will be quoted accordingly.

Scoping

01.

Scope Document

Halal Ad will provide a scoping document outlining the project’s functionality. Any changes beyond the scope will be treated as a new update and priced accordingly upon client approval.

 

Content

01.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information. Halal Ad is not liable for errors in client-supplied content.

02.

Format

Text and graphic materials should be supplied in suitable digital formats. Additional costs may apply for retyping text.

03.

Images

Client-supplied images must be high-resolution (300 DPI) for print or suitable for web use. Permission for image usage must be ensured.

04.

Copyright Permissions

The client grants Halal Ad permission to use logos and company identity for project creation, and indemnifies Halal Ad against any claims arising from copyright issues.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality

Halal Ad will maintain confidential unless permitted or circumstances are public. Disclosure may occur to specified service providers or affiliates involved in the project.

Intellectual Property

Use of Ideas and IP

Halal Ad may use ideas and concepts for other clients, as reflected in provided materials.

02.

Ownership

Upon full payment, all materials become the client’s property, except for reserved intellectual property rights.

03.

Portfolio Rights

Halal Ad retains the right to showcase projects for promotional purposes.

04.

Working Files and Copyright

Working files remain Halal Ad’s intellectual property. Release may be requested and quoted separately.

Indemnity

01.

Lawful Use

All services must be used for lawful purposes. The client agrees to indemnify Halal Ad from any claims resulting from improper use.

Liability

01.

Limitation

Halal Ad’s total liability is limited to the total price paid. No liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Variation

01.

Amendment

These Terms and Conditions may be amended in writing, but existing rights or obligations remain unaffected.
